This is a one day workshop to improve your relationships with other people. You will learn WHY you do what you do and why others do it differently! You will understand why there are people in your life who seem to be from another planet! And you will be given the tools to be able to effectively communicate with them.

If you are in Sales, you will learn how to be more effective in your sales approach resulting in increased sales and return customers. If you are in Customer Service, you will know exactly how to treat each customer so they feel seen, heard, understood.
